A high-volume Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership is actively seeking a proven Sales Manager to join our leadership team. Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience
• CDJR experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of volume and gross performance
• Strong leadership, desking, and closing skills
• Ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor
• Strong closer with the ability to develop talent
• Results-oriented with high standards and attention to detail
• Comfortable working weekends and peak business hours

Responsibilities

• Desk deals and assist in closing retail and lease transactions
• Send deals to the bank via Route One
• Coach, train, and motivate a sales team in a high-volume setting
• Manage daily sales operations and floor activity
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies
• Drive performance through CRM accountability and KPI tracking
• Maintain a strong culture of professionalism, accountability, and customer satisfaction
