About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and support operations in driving revenue growth and achieving organizational goals. This role requires a proven sales leader who can balance strategy with execution, ensuring both the team and individual contributors meet performance targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with senior leadership, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and team development to strengthen our market position and deliver results.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business or related field).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, operations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge of department functions, processes, and industry trends.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales teams and supporting operations to execute the company’s sales strategy and achieve financial targets.
  • Establish and refine processes, tools, and structures that enhance sales operations and team performance.
  • Set long- and short-term goals for teams and individuals; use data-driven insights to measure performance, identify challenges, and implement improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop action plans for growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Regional VP or President to evaluate customer feedback and recommend new products.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and support teams through effective recruiting, training, and coaching.
  • Manage TM account lists to ensure active and consistent customer engagement.
  • Participate in key meetings, presentations, and demos to support or close strategic, high-value sales.
  • Serve as a first-level manager, providing daily guidance and oversight to direct reports.
  • Ensure department goals and milestones are met within budget and company guidelines.
  • Hold full authority over personnel actions, including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary measures.
