Experienced Automotive Sales Manager – Diehl Kia of Massillon Join the growing team at Diehl Kia of Massillon! We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager who is driven, organized, and ready to lead a high-performing sales team at one of the region’s fastest-growing dealerships. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales leadership, strong desking and closing abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales management experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and drive profitability
  • Experience with CRM systems and dealership software
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team
  • Desk deals and assist sales consultants throughout the sales process
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve dealership goals
  • Work closely with finance and inventory management teams
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Kia products, market trends, and dealership programs
  • Help recruit, train, and mentor sales staff
