About The Position

Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a passionate and high-energy Sales Manager to lead the new car sales team at Hyundai of Orange Park. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving day-to-day operations, cultivating a thriving sales environment, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving ambitious sales goals. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the dealership's growth and success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the automotive dealership industry.
  • 1-2 years of management experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools.
  • A professional demeanor with a solution-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test).

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a top-performing sales team, overseeing schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing disciplinary actions.
  • Set and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and support the team in closing deals.
  • Champion customer satisfaction by monitoring ratings, addressing concerns, and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, forecast annual sales, and manage inventory and purchasing.
  • Implement effective sales control systems and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) through exceptional service and effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Conduct regular sales training and ensure compliance with automotive sales laws.
  • Consult with department heads to align on advertising, equipment, and customer needs.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the dealership's dynamic needs and overall success.
