Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience in residential home services.
- Proven success driving revenue and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Outstanding sales coaching training.
- Experience leading ride-alongs and improving technician performance through hands-on development.
- Strong understanding of residential service operations and performance metrics.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and accountability skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential service department.
- Develop, coach, and mentor technicians and sales team to consistently improve sales performance and customer experience.
- Become the driving force behind the company's sales culture by providing hands-on coaching, ride-alongs, and real-time feedback.
- Train technicians on presenting repair and replacement options with confidence and integrity.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, hire, and develop top-performing technicians.
- Ensure operational consistency by implementing and reinforcing company processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including average ticket, conversion rate, revenue, memberships, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with dispatch, customer service, and leadership to maximize efficiency and production.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
