Requirements

• Strong character and ethics (non-negotiable).
• Urgency and drive.
• Willingness to make 50-60 calls a day personally.
• Willingness to get in front of customers, take turns, and close deals.
• Ability to lead by example and help salespeople improve their own activity.
• A proactive mindset around phone calls, follow-up, and execution.
• Three years of experience in a similar role.

• Nissan experience is a plus.
