About The Position

The Plaza Assisted Living is searching for a Sales Manager! This is a Full-Time Role with a Tuesday through Saturday shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The starting salary is $65,000 per year plus an incentive bonus. The role involves building community networks, fostering relationships, and pursuing opportunities to increase community occupancy. Responsibilities include consistent outreach, evaluating prospective residents' needs, conducting follow-ups, and giving tours to prospective residents, families, and loved ones. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping elders live their best quality of life, be interpersonal with strong communication skills, possess a strong sales background, and have a strong acumen for strategic planning. Candidates should be comfortable multitasking, able to meet assigned goals, build and maintain client relationships, track and monitor metrics, meet and exceed census goals, stay updated on sales calls, and provide timely follow-ups, feedback, and support.
