About The Position

Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group is the nation's leading creator of immersive, story-driven entertainment and the world's largest operator of Halloween attractions. As our Seasonal Sales & Guest Services Manager, you will lead and supervise all front-of-house sales and service teams, including box office, ticket scanning, bar and concessions, retail, and group sales, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from entry to exit. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling financial reconciliation, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with other managers to ensure smooth nightly execution. You will also be responsible for enforcing compliance with alcohol service regulations, health/safety standards, and company policies, as well as leading the recruitment, onboarding, and training of seasonal guest services staff. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guest escalations, resolving issues quickly and professionally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, guest services, or hospitality management
  • Proven ability to supervise staff across multiple guest-facing departments
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a seasonal/variable workforce
  • Excellent cash-handling and reconciliation skills
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills; composed under pressure
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and all scheduled event dates throughout the season
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to oversee alcohol service functions

Nice To Haves

  • Theme park, attractions, live events, or entertainment experience preferred
  • POS/ticketing system experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all sales and guest service touchpoints: box office/will-call, ticket scanning and entry flow, bar and concessions, retail/merchandise, and group sales/VIP fulfillment
  • Supervise, train, and schedule seasonal team leads and frontline staff in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Manage cash handling, POS accuracy, and nightly financial reconciliation across all sales points
  • Monitor sales performance and drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Event and Operations Managers to ensure smooth nightly execution
  • Enforce compliance with alcohol service regulations, health/safety standards, and company policies
  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training of seasonal guest services staff
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest escalations, resolving issues quickly and professionally

Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
