Marmon-Herrington Company, a part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a Sales Manager. This role will lead commercial growth initiatives for Marmon-Herrington’s Class 6–8 truck conversion business and emerging HydroMech product portfolio, including iVT and VPD technologies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, developing strategic customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across various markets such as OEMs, dealers, distributors, municipalities, utility fleets, and specialty vehicle markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, technical credibility, and the ability to build trusted customer partnerships while influencing internal cross-functional execution. This position offers significant visibility and potential for future leadership growth within Marmon-Herrington and Marmon Transportation Group.
