As a Stanton Optical Sales Manager, you will be the sales leader, assisting the Brand Manager in supervising and executing action plans to drive sales performance while creating a positive, results-driven team atmosphere. Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least one year of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as directing a sales team.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
  • Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Schedule flexibility; work hours will be determined based on business needs.
  • Knowledgeable about MS Word, Google Docs, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
  • Ensure all customers are satisfied.
  • Resolve customers’ questions, minimize unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations.
  • Support Brand Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on Duty to accomplish objectives such as supporting store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting, training new team members, and ongoing development plans for store associates.
  • Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
  • Perform pre-testing as needed.
  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals.
  • Communicate effectively and build a strong partnership with the Support Center and Human Resources.
  • Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
  • Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.
