Sales Manager Floater

24 Hour Fitness•Kent, WA

About The Position

The Sales and Service Manager Floater (SSMF) ensures the clubs they support deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members by offering membership, fitness, and retail products and services. The role hires and develops team members, builds relationships, promotes member acquisition and retention, reviews processes and team effectiveness, and drives member engagement and sales revenue goals. Unlike a club-based Sales and Service Manager, the SSMF supports multiple clubs in an assigned district or market, rotating between locations according to business needs. This developmental position is intended to prepare leaders for a permanent, club-based Sales and Service Manager role. SSMFs are expected to transition into an SSM position as opportunities arise, based on business needs, performance, and readiness. The SSMF reports to the District Manager. While supporting a club, the SSMF partners with that club's General Manager and Sales and Service Manager. Sales and Service Experts and Associates continue to report to their club's Sales and Service Manager, or directly to the SSMF when no Sales and Service Manager is assigned.
