About The Position

Right Away Home Services is seeking a Sales Manager to build and lead a sales team across three HVAC companies in Florida: Hales AC (Tampa Bay / St. Petersburg), Climate Control Services (Palm Beach County / Boynton Beach), and Abraham AC (Broward County / Fort Lauderdale). This role involves recruiting, training, and coaching Home Comfort Advisors, service technicians, and contact center representatives using a comprehensive, documented selling system. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, results-driven, a strong teacher, and comfortable working evenings and Saturdays to support the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Religious about process and ensuring it is followed completely.
Relentless about results, tracking numbers, and acting on them early.
Ability to work without supervision, setting standards, pace, and agenda.
Hunger to build something, own the outcome, and grow with the company.
Ability to teach and make other people sell well.
Valid Florida driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Regular travel between Tampa Bay, Palm Beach County, and Broward County locations.
Offer contingent on background check and drug screening.

HVAC experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Recruit Home Comfort Advisors across all three markets, owning the entire funnel from sourcing to hiring.
Train advisors on the company's established selling system, ensuring they own and can execute it.
Provide continuous coaching through weekly role-plays, lost-call debriefs, ride-alongs, and call reviews.
Train service technicians to identify sales opportunities and improve sales performance.
Recruit and train contact center representatives to book quality appointments.
Provide support to advisors during evening and Saturday appointments when needed.
