This involves visiting new and existing customers to understand their needs, generate opportunities, and build strong relationships. The role also includes lead generation through various channels, collaborating with consulting engineers, developing relationships with contractors and end-users for direct sales, identifying plant operations opportunities, and working with internal teams for cross-selling and after-sale support. Accurate documentation and tracking of sales opportunities in Salesforce, as well as generating proposals via BuildOps, are key aspects of this position.
