This on-site position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM), with oversight from hotel General Manager. Requirements

  • BA in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or a related role
  • Self-starter, Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • 2 years prior sales experience
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in sales systems (Delphi), hotel PMS, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and hospitality trends
  • Must have the ability to communicate in English
  • Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player

Nice To Haves

  • BA in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase room revenue, group bookings, and event sales
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, group, and leisure accounts
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and proposals in line with hotel policies
  • Conduct hotel tours for prospective clients and event planners
  • Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales efforts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as required
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM and PMS system
