About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Tyler, TX. As a Title with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through market development, customer relationships, and strategic sales execution. This role works closely with contractors, municipalities, and builders while coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service. Requirements

  • High School diploma required or a bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years relevant industry experience required.
  • Must be able to demonstrate teamwork and ethical work habits.
  • Must have understanding of Company Division in order to perform troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Must be able to maintain composure under stressful situations.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to gain information on market pricing trends through relationships with customers.
  • Possessing intermediate to advanced computer skills are a must as there will be bidding and entering customer pricing data.
  • Basic Microsoft office product knowledge, CMD data knowledge preferred.
  • Geographical knowledge of the specified delivery area is desired.
  • Drivers License is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support sales representatives across assigned territories.
  • Develop strategies to grow sales in public, commercial, and residential markets.
  • Maintain strong industry relationships and represent the company at industry events.
  • Monitor market conditions, pricing, and competitor activity; provide regular reporting to management.
  • Prepare and follow up on bids, proposals, and contracts.
  • Oversee the sales process from project identification through completion.
  • Train and mentor sales staff in product knowledge, customer service, and sales execution.
  • Support quality, logistics, and plant teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Assist with collections, scale operations, and customer account management.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and expense reporting.
