About The Position

MASA is hiring a field-based Sales Manager covering Oklahoma as an independent contractor. The role involves presenting to customers who have already reserved seats at seminars, educating them about emergency medical transportation service memberships, and closing sales. The memberships offer peace of mind, family protection, and financial security. Compensation is commission-based, with unlimited earning potential, an excellent commission schedule, monthly bonuses, and total earnings at or above annual targets typically ranging from $80,000 to $150,000. The role includes sales prospects generated through marketing campaigns, sales and marketing materials, training, and support. Travel within the territory is required 50% of the time; nights and weekends are off.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of consumer sales experience.
• Strong closing skills.
• Ambition and motivation to earn high commissions and bonuses.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain products and services effectively in a group setting.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel within the territory 50% of the time.
