About The Position

We are an international online programming school for children and young people, teaching in over 40 countries with a community of over 30,000 students and a team of over 700 professional tutors. Our goal is to equip young people with in-demand digital skills and demonstrate how computers can be powerful tools for development, creativity, and future careers. Kodland is experiencing dynamic growth and expanding into new global markets. This role is for experienced salespeople who can sell emotions and results, not just a service, and who want to see the real impact of their work while growing within a promising EdTech project. The core of the role involves conducting demonstration programming lessons for children and their parents via Zoom, acting as both a mentor and an expert. The objective is to understand the family's needs and showcase the value of learning with Kodland through an interactive 60-minute session where the child completes practical and engaging exercises under your guidance.

Requirements

Experience in sales, negotiation, or customer experience management.
Ability to build trust with both adults (parents) and children.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage, explain clearly, and lead conversations confidently.
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
Reliable computer/laptop (Windows/Mac) and a quality internet connection.

Nice To Haves

Experience in teaching, coaching, running webinars, or public speaking.

Responsibilities

Conducting demonstration programming lessons for children and their parents via Zoom.
