Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive experience
  • A passion for developing people and creating team success
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to balance customer satisfaction with business results
  • A growth mindset and desire to continuously improve

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive sales, F&I, or a leadership role is considered a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Coach, motivate, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and dealership goals
  • Create an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Fundy Honda brand
  • Assist with deal structuring, financing opportunities, and sales strategy
  • Drive performance through accountability, development, and consistent follow-up
  • Work closely with dealership leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture built on trust, professionalism, and customer care
