Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in automotive sales leadership.
  • Experience leading and developing teams in a high-volume, high-performing dealership.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring and holding people accountable to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with an unwavering commitment to delivering an outstanding ownership experience.
  • High standards of professionalism, honesty and integrity.
  • Experience with dealership CRM systems, desking tools and DMS software.

  • Experience in PBS is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive new and used vehicle sales performance while maximizing profitability.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and weekly training.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve and exceed dealership goals.
  • Ensure sales processes, CRM activities and customer follow-up standards are executed consistently.
  • Work closely with Finance, Service, Parts and the Used Vehicle Department to create an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist with inventory management, manufacturer allocations and vehicle acquisition strategies.
  • Help maintain the winning culture that has made Meidl Honda Saskatchewan's #1 Honda dealership.
