About The Position

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in one of the following locations to be considered: Phoenix (AZ), Las Vegas (NV), Denver (CO), Salt Lake City (UT), Los Angeles (CA), San Francisco (CA). Previous AIDC sales experience is required for this role. JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE: Drive the sales of service programs/products to meet/exceed customer needs as well as drive revenue.

Requirements

Previous AIDC sales experience is required for this role.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; up to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sales Management, organizational development skills and competencies.
Primary language used in daily operations is English.
Read and interpret documents, procedure manuals and various correspondence from both internal and external.
Speak effectively, both individually and before groups of both external customers and/or various levels of employees within the organization.
Able to take accountability and responsibility for business target delivery and decision making.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and utilize existing resources to solve problems.
Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet software, Word Processing, and PowerPoint presentation software.
CRM skills required.

Responsibilities

Drive the sale of service programs, to meet/exceed sales and margin goals.
Use existing customer base and new lead information to develop and increase the sales of service offerings.
Work as an individual team member, to meet/exceed individual and/or team service sales targets and goals.
Track and manage sales opportunities from lead to finalization of service contracts.
Facilitate proper quoting, positioning, promoting and selling of services to ensure high close rates.
Ensure accurate forecasting, account planning, and reports are maintained and submitted on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Build and maintain long-term customer retention and relationships by researching and developing existing customers, as well as new leads.
Responsible for assigned accounts but may be required to transition accounts to other sales teams/business segments as determined.
Ensure a strategic, “One Peak” mindset – managing accounts and business priorities.
Work closely with various Sales Leadership.
Establish and maintain good business relations with customers and external contacts, including our partner community.
Maintain effective working relationships, communication, and coordination with all co-workers, and leadership.
