About The Position

Advantage Design Group, the nation’s largest provider of online orientations, is expanding from Higher Ed to the Private Sector in 2025. We are seeking a Sales Manager to build, manage, and scale our new Private Sector Division. We provide first-class marketing, host monthly webinars, and attend trade shows to generate warm leads. We offer extensive training and support. Your earning potential is limitless, with a base salary, a percentage of your sales team's closed deals, and annual bonuses. Your team will have access to Zoom Info and Microsoft Dynamics. We prefer a tech-savvy, high-energy, personable individual who can coach the team to close deals faster. The sales team will focus on new opportunities, not account management or RFPs. You will report directly to the CEO, who is highly supportive of sales efforts. You will be part of the management team, participating in planning and strategy meetings.

Requirements

  • Six years of cold calling, hunting, and closing sales experience.
  • Strong approach to coaching a team.
  • Ability to monitor leads.
  • Ability to help the team close business & accelerate.
  • Quick learner and fast worker.
  • Enthusiasm, good work ethic, honesty, and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close large ticket item accounts.
  • College Degree.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office experience – Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and scale the new Private Sector Sales Division.
  • Coach the sales team on qualifying leads, finding decision-makers, and generating demo appointments.
  • Monitor leads to ensure they are being worked effectively.
  • Help the sales team close business and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Hire two additional Sales Representatives in 2026 and up to four more in 2027.
  • Participate in management planning and strategy meetings.
  • Hunt for new opportunities (team focus).
