The Sales Manager will lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales volume, pricing, and margin objectives. This role involves driving new business development through strategic account acquisition, market expansion, and identification of new products and applications. The Sales Manager will execute and continuously refine the Southern California regional sales strategy, maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and partners, and oversee the preparation of accurate job estimates and competitive bids. Collaboration with Operations, Production, Logistics, and Credit is essential to align inventory, delivery execution, and customer service expectations. The role requires monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and customer demand, and partnering with Production to support new product development. Additionally, the Sales Manager will support and enforce disciplined sales processes, mentor sales team members, contribute to annual budget planning, support collections efforts, ensure compliance with company policies, and participate in industry organizations. Collaboration with other regional sales managers and performing other duties as assigned are also part of the role.
