About The Position

The Sales Manager oversees a team of remote Intake and Inside Sales professionals, ensuring every stage of the client acquisition process runs efficiently and produces strong conversion results. This role requires a leader who understands how prospects move from initial inquiry to signed engagement and who can elevate team performance through coaching, accountability, and data-driven decision-making. This is a strategic growth role for someone who wants to refine processes, strengthen team capability, and directly influence the Firm’s expansion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in professional services; call center leadership strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong command of CRM systems and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated traits of top sales leaders: discipline, persistence, accountability, financial motivation, and comfort with difficult conversations.

Nice To Haves

  • Clio and GoHighLevel are helpful but not required.
  • Legal industry experience is a plus but not necessary.
  • Spanish bilingual skills helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily Sales and Intake operations.
  • Provide continuous coaching, skill development, and structured performance evaluations.
  • Set clear expectations, uphold accountability, and maintain a high-output culture.
  • Help build scalable workflows that improve efficiency and client experience.
  • Review intake and sales calls, consultations, CRM entries, reports, and documentation for accuracy and timeliness - Including all emailed leads, making sure they are responded to promptly.
  • Work with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure all marketing and intake data is captured correctly and that non-retained leads remain in active follow-up.
  • Enforce all SOPs, scripts, and compliance standards; audit missed calls, dropped calls, and follow-up execution.
  • Work with our AI Automator Specialist by conducting routine weekly call grading, quality reviews, and mystery-shop evaluations.
  • Work with the Marketing Coordinator to utilize AI tools and call analytics to identify trends and performance gaps.
  • Track and interpret metrics related to lead flow, consultations, conversions, referral sources, and case values.
  • Provide leadership with insights on lead quality, volume trends, and pipeline movement.
  • Role-play regularly with team members to strengthen closing skills and improve conversion consistency.
  • Partner with attorneys and leadership to ensure seamless communication between Intake, Sales, and Legal teams.
  • Contribute to annual sales and marketing planning and ensure alignment across departments.
