About The Position

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Sales Manager. The main goal of the role is to lead a team to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new contracts, with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair and modernization projects. Requirements

  • A business or technical degree and 7 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and 5 years of experience
  • A proven track record in a sales management role, within a similar industry (construction/ facilities management/ HVAC/ fire & security/ service/ M&E)
  • Results focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
  • Successful experience motivating sales teams through collaborative and inclusive leadership
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver short term goals and reach longer term objectives
  • Ability to listen to customers

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the business achieves both short term and long-term revenue targets
  • Drive the sales strategy to deliver portfolio growth
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers, securing increased long-lasting business
  • Engage and lead the sales force, increasing capability and productivity
  • Work closely with the operational leads to optimize sales & marketing strategy
  • Establish and monitor sales KPIs, managing sales activity & forecasts
  • Assist the team with networking, pricing, bids and tenders
  • Manage and optimize the use of digital tools
