About The Position

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders within the fastest-growing home improvement company in the nation. The company has scaled rapidly and is focused on nationwide expansion. This is a field-based role with significant opportunities for growth and high earning potential for top performers.

Requirements

• One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) - required
• 3+ years in sales
• 1+ year in sales management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement
