The Sales Manager for the Raleigh Hauling Division is responsible for leading and developing a team of commercial sales representatives focused on growing Frontload, Permanent Roll-off, Temporary Roll-off, and Portable Sanitation in the Raleigh-Durham market. This role is accountable for driving new business revenue, increasing market share, retaining key accounts, and executing strategic sales initiatives that support divisional growth objectives. The Sales Manager will work closely with operations, customer service, dispatch, and senior leadership to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong focus on profitability, employee development, and market expansion.
