About The Position

Leisure Life Travel is hiring a remote Travel Sales Manager to manage a personal book of travel clients from home. The role involves learning clients’ travel goals and booking suitable trips, such as cruises, family vacations, honeymoons, group getaways, and other vacation packages. The position offers a flexible schedule, with full-time or part-time work available, and no prior travel-industry or sales experience is required. The company provides free training, vendor access, booking tools, and mentoring. Requirements

• Interest in travel and helping people plan trips.
• Good communication skills and willingness to follow up.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently on a self-managed schedule.
• A computer and reliable internet access.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Discuss clients’ travel goals, budgets, and travel party needs.
• Recommend and book cruises, hotels, flights, and vacation packages through travel vendors.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with every lead.
• Support clients before, during, and after their trips.
• Build repeat and referral business through good service.
• Promote the travel business on social media and through personal networks.
• Participate in ongoing training about destinations and vendors.
