About The Position
Stretch Zone is seeking a driven Sales Manager to oversee the sales performance and membership growth of its North Tallahassee and Midtown Tallahassee studios. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building relationships, developing people, and driving results. The Sales Manager will lead by example by coaching the sales process, conducting consultations, following up with prospective members, and contributing to the consistent growth of both studios. The company is looking for an individual who seeks a career with a growing company and desires to make a measurable impact.

Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and revenue growth across both Tallahassee studios
- Conduct consultations and confidently close new memberships
- Coach and motivate team members to improve sales performance
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop future team members
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for growth
- Build relationships with clients that lead to long-term memberships and referrals
- Partner with studio leadership to create an exceptional client experience
Benefits
- $3,000/month base salary
- Performance bonus based on studio revenue
- 3% of Midtown Tallahassee studio revenue
- 1% of North Tallahassee studio revenue
