This position will support our BJ's Wholesale Club business and other Club channel customers. This individual will manage day-to-day client and retailer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow our partners' businesses. The ideal candidate is collaborative, proactive, data-driven, and passionate about helping brands succeed in retail.

Requirements

3–5 years of sales or account management experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or broker organizations.
Experience calling on national retailers, with BJ’s Wholesale Club experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success growing customer accounts, developing and executing business plans.
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into customer recommendations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple client relationships.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client business within BJ's Wholesale Club, supporting both existing business and new growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer merchandising teams and client partners.
Identify distribution, assortment, merchandising, and promotional opportunities to grow client sales.
Develop compelling sales presentations and customer business reviews using category insights, consumer trends, and sales analytics.
Lead retailer meetings and vendor presentations while serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and customers.
Collaborate with analytics, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to execute customer strategies and resolve business issues.
Monitor sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Support annual line reviews, innovation launches, pricing recommendations, and promotional planning.
Maintain accurate forecasts, customer plans, and project timelines while ensuring strong communication across all stakeholders.
Contribute ideas that help expand The Barcode Group's relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for future growth.
