About The Position

KidStrong Nashville is rapidly growing and we're looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives. We have an immediate need for a high-energy, hyper-organized, passionate Sales Manager to lead our KidStrong Nashville (West Nashville and Franklin) locations. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing daily sales from leads for the Center. This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales and a passion to drive growth for the center. As the lead for the sales function, the Sales Manager must execute a lead generation/marketing strategies plan to increase sales. This person must pose a high caliber approach to organization and be a self-motivator that is hungry to meet and beat goals.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred
  • Strong sales mentality and comfortability with sales efforts
  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings during the week (4p-730p) and weekends (at least 1 weekend morning 9a-230p).
  • Be promotional-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials with a thorough vetting process.
  • Understanding of all performance metrics (KPIs), revenue, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
  • Practical work experience using Microsoft Office products as well as G-Suite
  • Required to work at least three (3) weekday nights and at least one (1) weekend day

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Giving tours and creating a welcoming first impression for families.
  • Calling, texting, and emailing leads to schedule trial classes.
  • Following up with families after trials and converting them into memberships.
  • Explaining the KidStrong program and answering parent questions.
  • Managing leads and member information in CRM systems like GloFox.
  • Supporting member retention and maintaining relationships with families.
  • Assisting with front desk operations and customer service.
  • Works closely with the KidStrong General Manager to ensure that the staff and Center are looked after.
  • Builds and maintains KidStrong class size through scheduling optimization.
  • Communicate with staff for all trials and anything they need to know about the members.
  • Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service.
