About The Position

We’re looking for a strong Sales Manager to hire, lead, train, and scale a young, driven sales team for our B2B marketing and PR agency. If you excel at creating structure, driving daily activity, and developing appointment setters and closers into consistent performers, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing sales teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with younger teams.
  • High proficiency with digital outreach tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to enforce structure, consistency, and KPI‑driven performance.
  • Strong coaching skills and comfort with daily hands‑on management.
  • Experience in B2B services, marketing, or agency environments.
  • Organized, proactive, and excellent at problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and train appointment setters and closers.
  • Build daily activity structures across Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and Slack.
  • Track team performance and optimize scripts, workflows, and messaging.
  • Run daily huddles, weekly reviews, and role‑play sessions.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations for smooth lead flow.
  • Implement accountability systems and performance reporting.
  • Improve sales processes to increase conversions and predictability.
