About The Position

King Roofing is a fast-growing storm damage restoration company based in Orem, Utah. We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to help us scale. This is not a babysitting role. We want a leader who's hungry, organized, and knows how to build and motivate a team of high-performing sales reps. You'll lead from the front, closing your own deals while building the team around you to do the same. In return, you'll earn a competitive base salary plus commission on your personal production, with additional income tied directly to your team's performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of D2D, outside sales, or field sales experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a no-excuses attitude
• Strong communicator who can coach, persuade, and hold people accountable
• Comfortable working outdoors, in the field, alongside your team

Nice To Haves

• Roofing or home services experience
• Experience in solar, pest control, alarms, or restoration sales is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Train, and develop a team of door-to-door sales representatives
• Lead daily team huddles, ride-alongs, and weekly training sessions
• Set territory strategy and oversee storm-affected canvassing areas
• Close your own personal sales while coaching reps to do the same
• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process from inspection to completion
• Track team KPIs and hold reps accountable to production goals
• Partner with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to install
