Our client is a fast-growing Danish technology company helping organizations prepare for and comply with new EU Pay Transparency regulations through a specialized software platform. As the company expands into Germany, they are looking for their first dedicated Sales Manager to build and grow the market. This is a senior, full-cycle sales role where you'll be responsible for building the German market - from generating your own pipeline to closing deals with enterprise customers. You'll work directly with the company's founder while having the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy and, as the market grows, build your own local sales team.
