About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Dual Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth at our Courtyard and Residence Inn in Northeast Louisville. In this role, you will develop strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and manage key accounts to maximize revenue. Your leadership will inspire our sales team and elevate our hotel's presence in the competitive market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, management, and B2B sales within the hospitality or related industries.
  • Strong marketing acumen combined with technical sales expertise to promote hotel services effectively.
  • Proficiency in Delphi or similar CRM platforms for account management and analysis skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business development expertise with a strategic mindset for expanding market reach.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies through proactive outside sales efforts.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing customers.
  • Manage B2B sales initiatives by identifying target markets, conducting outreach, and closing deals that align with hotel objectives.
  • Utilize technology sales tools such as Delphi to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee business development activities by analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to booking.
