Fitness Connection is seeking driven leaders to become Sales Managers. This is a hands-on, high-accountability, full-time role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments. Sales Managers lead from the front, consistently hitting their own goals while driving their team to exceed theirs. They are the quarterback of the club’s sales engine, calling the plays, throwing the passes, and getting in the end zone themselves. This role is built for driven leaders who know how to execute, inspire, and duplicate their success through others. The Sales Manager owns the sales culture and performance of their club, leading, training, and motivating their team while hitting their own numbers with consistency and urgency. Success involves leading by example with personal sales goals, coaching and developing Fitness Consultants, owning the full sales cycle, recruiting and onboarding talent, breaking down goals into daily action plans, planning and executing sales events, ensuring operational excellence, and using data to monitor performance. The Sales Manager partners with the Club Manager to align on strategy and club performance.
