About The Position

Ciocca Automotive is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated sales professional to join its growing team. The Sales Manager will coach and mentor salespeople, set and track sales goals, support customers through vehicle selection, present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, and help the sales staff close deals. Requirements

• Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on methods for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
• Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
