About The Position

Sales Manager Byrider is growing! Sales Manager career opportunity at a top location! $50K–$60K Base + Monthly Bonus We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead both the sales and finance/collections operations of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue and develop teams all while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales management or leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Subprime lending experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead a team
• Drive branch sales performance and consistently hit targets
• Manage the full sales cycle and ensure strong CRM utilization
• Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health
• Forecast sales and performance metrics
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
• Support and step in for the Branch General Manager as needed
