Per Mar is looking for a sales manager for our Electronic Security Sales team, covering our Madison, WI and Rockford, IL branch offices. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of field sales experience
Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and building high-performing teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales management tools and software.
Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
