The Private Sector Division will leverage first-class marketing, monthly webinars, and trade shows to generate warm leads for the sales force. The Sales Manager will have limitless earning potential through a base salary, a percentage of their sales team's closed deals, and annual bonuses. The role involves managing a sales team equipped with Zoom Info and Microsoft Dynamics, focusing on high energy, tech-savviness, and accelerating deal closures. The Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO and be part of the management team, participating in planning and strategy meetings.
