About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding existing accounts. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting long-term business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales, account management, or beauty industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably Business Central.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers with the aim to keep generating activity and interest.
  • Manage the pipeline to ensure sales are reaching targets.
  • Manage prospecting new opportunities and new projects with existing accounts with the aim of developing of client portfolios and ensuring growth.
  • Prepare presentations to present innovations and products to customers, provide samples, define price margins and prepare quotations as necessary.
  • Meet up with customers as required depending on client needs, handling negotiations accordingly.
  • Maintain the document management system updated with details of opportunities, leads and correct information.
  • Communicate any price increases with customers by charting the evolution of costs relating to raw materials, transportation, presentation with index evolution, forecast for following month trying to anticipate, update all in terms for all price composition.
