About The Position
Audi Parker is seeking an eager and motivated Sales Manager to join their team during an exciting period of renovation and growth. As the only OEM-sanctioned Audi facility in Parker, the dealership has a strong presence and is poised for future opportunities. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading through transition, building momentum during construction, and growing a team. The role is commission-only, with historical earnings between $80,000 and $200,000 annually, based on individual performance.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 5 years of previous automotive sales experience is required
- 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience
Nice To Haves
- 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
- Build relationships with customers to establish a customer network.
- Provide training and support for the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Manage the productivity of the sales department.
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
- Works with salespeople on programs to increase sales and helps close deals when necessary.
