About The Position

Ventrata is seeking a skilled, US-based Sales Manager with a passion for tours and attractions to drive new sales growth in the Americas. This role is ideal for someone excited about working in a fast-growth, scale-up environment with cutting-edge products that aim to remove operational friction and maximize revenue opportunities in the leisure and tourism industries. The position is remote and based in North America, requiring the candidate to be available during the target region's office hours and willing to travel for customer visits, conferences, and events. Ventrata is an industry-leading SaaS platform that helps attractions, tours, and sightseeing activities create memorable experiences, with a mission to help businesses scale and grow while preserving their unique identity.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in a related revenue-generating role within the ticketing or travel-tech industry.
  • Direct experience working with (or for) major Attractions, Tours or Sightseeing operators is essential.
  • Must speak the language of our clients fluently and understand their unique technical and operational pain points.
  • Can demonstrate a history of achieving quotas of $600k+ selling into enterprise markets within the travel/ticketing industry, with a focus on attractions, tours, and sightseeing.
  • Native English speaker or at least 5 years selling in native English-speaking markets (C1 as a minimum).
  • Must reside within the continental US or Canada.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly to potential client sites and trade shows.
  • Current passport and able to travel internationally infrequently.
  • Direct experience working with attractions.
  • Sales account planning skills and the patience to deliver against the plan.
  • Display creative and analytical problem-solving skills with an unrelenting passion for achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Be a self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and can manage their time and pipeline.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of net new business and client wins.
  • Deliver against business targets and objectives.
  • Management of the sales process end-to-end in your assigned territory.
  • Identifying opportunities in the market to position the product effectively and enhance the value proposition to your target market.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensuring that client success is integrated into the sales process from the first point of contact.
  • Liaise with marketing, technical resources, and sales operations to ensure a unified and strategic sales approach.
  • Analyse regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
  • Communicate closely with marketing and product management to create strategies to drive sales.
  • Provide timely revenue projections to management and deliver a predictable pipeline to drive forecast accuracy.
