About The Position

St Louis CDJR, located in Bridgeton, Missouri, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and opportunity for monthly bonuses. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team in order to drive sales and achieve revenue goals. This individual contributor role requires strong leadership skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the auto industry. Tekion DMS preferred and Stellantis experience a plus.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive sales, preferably in a leadership role
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, setting daily and monthly goals and providing ongoing coaching and training
Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and market share
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as the competition
Create and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Oversee the sales process from initial contact through delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and adapt strategies accordingly
