About The Position

Havenpark Communities is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join their growing team and make a meaningful impact in the community housing sector. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the success of the sales organization while developing leadership skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. The Sales Manager will be at the heart of the sales operation, bridging strategic vision with tactical execution to help communities thrive and families find their perfect homes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales leadership with proven coaching success, ideally in real estate, property management, or high-volume sales.
  • Remote-savvy leader who can motivate teams across multiple regions.
  • Exceptional communication, data interpretation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% to support teams across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and coach a talented team of Sales and Leasing Agents and National Sales Specialists to exceed their potential.
  • Create an energizing team culture where wins are celebrated and every member feels valued.
  • Implement performance-driving strategies that keep the team motivated and focused.
  • Identify and remove obstacles, clearing the path for the team's success.
  • Foster collaboration and healthy competition through engaging sales leaderboards and recognition programs.
  • Guide the team through complex sales scenarios with expert coaching on strategy and closing techniques.
  • Ensure pipeline health and integrity through regular reviews and strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate directly with the VP of Revenue to optimize inventory strategies and deal prioritization.
  • Transform pipeline challenges into conversion opportunities through tactical problem-solving.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to elevate team performance and individual growth.
  • Design and implement development plans that unlock each team member's potential.
  • Partner with Learning and Development to create exceptional onboarding experiences.
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance and ethical sales practices.
  • Serve as a crucial link between sales teams and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the team has everything needed to succeed.
  • Provide valuable market insights that shape organizational strategy.
