Requirements

• Previous automotive dealership sales management experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience desking deals and helping close opportunities.
• Ability to motivate, train, and support sales consultants.
• Strong understanding of dealership sales process, follow-up, and customer experience.
• Confidence working with internet leads, BDC, finance, and ownership.
• A great personality, positive attitude, and team-first mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• VinSolutions CRM experience is a plus.
• Reynolds an Reynolds DMS experience a plus.
