About The Position

The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer electronics and a proven track record of launching products into new markets. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Higher education in business, marketing or relevant technical specialization.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales position.
  • English level C1
  • Successful track record of managing a sales team and achieving high performance.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Russian and English language proficiency.
  • Located in USA.
  • Experience in consumer electronics.
  • Experience in launching products into new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the company's market share in the auto electronics market.
  • Managing the sales team: recruitment, training, motivation and monitoring of sales plans.
  • Negotiating and concluding major contracts with key customers and partners.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitors and customer needs to improve the product range.
  • Developing and controlling the sales department budget.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Reporting on key performance indicators and achievement of targets.
