About The Position

A well-established, industry-leading Title and Appraisal company is seeking a Title Sales Manager for the Manchester Township, NJ area. This role offers a generous base salary, excellent bonus and commission rates, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Sales Team Management
• High level of experience in producing Real Estate Titles and Appraisals is a MUST
• Experienced with Business Development, Building Partnerships, B2B transactions, and establishing Joint Ventures is a MUST
• Title Producer License in New Jersey is a MUST
• Willing to Travel 25% of the time (on occasion)

• Ability to provide a book of business is a BIG PLUS
