Sales Manager – St. Louis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Newly Acquired Store | Multi-Store Inventory Access | High-Growth Opportunity St. Louis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram—now part of a rapidly expanding automotive group—is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to help lead our newly acquired location. Requirements

  • Automotive Sales Manager or GSM experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
  • Experience with CRM and desking software
  • Proven track record of achieving sales objectives
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Manage daily showroom operations and customer experience
  • Desk deals efficiently while maximizing gross and customer satisfaction
  • Leverage multi-store inventory to improve sales opportunities
  • Partner with the General Manager to set goals and hit forecasted targets
  • Monitor performance metrics and maintain accountability across the team
