This role is responsible for driving ready-mix concrete (RMC) sales growth through strategic customer engagement and market development. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and internal partners, lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and profitability optimization. They will also analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
