About The Position

This role is for a Sales Manager at Drive Nation Regina who brings energy, focus, and care to every part of the sales floor. It involves being actively involved on the sales floor, helping salespeople improve, maintaining team energy, and ensuring customers have a positive experience. The Sales Manager will also work with the leadership team to ensure the store operates effectively and maintains a thriving culture.

Requirements

• Automotive sales management experience required (minimum 2 years).
• Proven understanding of new and pre-owned deal structure and CRM systems.
• A record of consistent sales success and customer satisfaction.
• A passion for people, performance, and doing things the right way.

• Operationally sharp: You understand deal structure, finance flow, and desking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Drive the daily rhythm of the sales floor — appointments, deals, follow-ups, and energy.
• Work deals with your team, providing structure, strategy, and support when needed.
• Maintain strong gross and volume through smart desking and disciplined process.
• Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and a consistent Hyundai experience.
• Monitor CRM activity, lead management, and follow-up quality.
• Help develop sales staff through daily interaction, feedback, and encouragement.
• Collaborate with the GM and department leaders to execute store initiatives and hit targets.
